About the Course:

All South Dakota Credentialed Appraisers (Registered, Licensed, and Certified) must take the new 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course before June 30, 2022, to avoid an administrative fine.

A. Bring your copy of the 2020-2021 USPAP document you received in your past USPAP 7-Hour Update
Course, and

ORDER YOUR STUDENT MANUAL AND REFERENCE MANUAL FROM THE APPRAISAL FOUNDATION STORE VIA THE ABOVE LINKS. Everyone must have three books - either hard copy or eManuals (PDFs).
