About the Course:
This offering will focus on the costs of residential construction including upgrades in materials, workmanship, millwork, doors, mechanical equipment, floor coverings, cabinets, countertops, exteriors, roofing, windows, etc.
The time spent in the class will help you to be more familiar with the costs of today’s construction. If you don’t know what something costs, it is difficult to accurately determine its contributory value in the sales approach.
The course will also highlight the differences between ‘cost’ and ‘value’.
About the Instructor:
Dean Hedrick is the General Manager for Hult Homes, LLC in Rapid City and Casper. He is serving the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) on Single Family Builders, State and Local Government Affairs, Education, and Land Use Policy Development Committees.
Dean is active in the Black Hills Homebuilders Association and the Central Wyoming Homebuilders Association.
The seminar will begin at 1:00 PM and will conclude at 5:00 PM on Wednesday, March 8, 2023.
