This seminar is sponsored by South Dakota Native American Home Ownership Coalition and is being facilitated by PAASD to promote home ownership on tribal lands.

This appraisal seminar will focus on preparing real property appraisers to conduct appraisals on tribal land, primarily focused on South Dakota, yet may be applied elsewhere. This seminar will focus on utilizing the cost approach method for improved residential property valuations, as well as real property rights and land status within the different types of tribal lands.
