All South Dakota Credentialed Appraisers must take the new 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course before June 30, 2024, to avoid an administrative fine.

Craig Steinley, MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, AI-RRS, is a SD Certified General Appraiser, a contracted USPAP compliance examiner with the SD Department of Labor and Regulation, and an AQB-Certified USPAP Instructor.
