About the Course:

This course provides important information for individuals who want to become a South Dakota trainee real estate appraiser and real estate appraisers who want to provide direct supervision to trainee appraisers. The goal of this course is to improve the level of knowledge and training of trainee appraisers and their supervisory appraisers.

This course satisfies the requirement for appraiser training to receive a Supervisory Appraiser endorsement in the State of South Dakota. The completion of the course and passing the course examination satisfies the requirements for a five-hour training course for supervisory appraisers and for trainee appraisers.

5 Hours of CE for credentialed appraisers.

Cost is $125 for PRE-Licensed* individuals, PAASD and SD Chapter of ASFMRA members.
$225 for non-members.
If registering after 4/05/2024, add an additional $25.

*If you do not yet have a South Dakota State Real Estate Appraiser Credential - Registered Trainee, State-Licensed, or Certified, please enter "license" in the coupon code area to register at the member price of $125.00 by 4/5/2024.

About the Instructor:

Scott is a South Dakota Certified General Appraiser and holds the SRA designation with the Appraisal Institute. He is a member of the Department of Labor and Regulation's Appraiser Certification Program's Advisory Council. Scott has been appraising in South Dakota since 2000 and he is currently serving on the PAASD Board of Directors as it vice president.
