I have been a fully licensed residential appraiser since 2017 and Certified Residential since 2020. I worked for Hamlin County Director of Equalization and held a Certified Assessor Appraiser certification prior to becoming an appraiser. My office is in Watertown, but I cover basically from the MN border as far north as Sisseton/Roshalt, as far west as Huron/Wolsey, as far south as Brookings/Elkton, and other areas upon request. I have done a few appraisals for reservation/trust land, as well. I am originally from the St. Paul area of Minnesota and have lived in South Dakota since 2007. I am married with two grown step-children and 5 grandchildren ranging in ages from 1 year to 18 yrs old.
