Optional Laptop & UAD 3.6 Software
A laptop and updated UAD 3.6 appraisal software are not required for this seminar. However, students who have access to UAD 3.6 software are encouraged to bring a laptop and may choose to enter the subject property information into a new UAD 3.6 report as the class works through the case study. This optional hands on approach can provide a more comprehensive learning experience and an opportunity to become familiar with the new reporting format.
Please Note: This seminar focuses on understanding and applying the UAD 3.6 report and its requirements, not on any specific appraisal software platform.
Due to the variety of software providers, software specific instruction and troubleshooting will not be provided during the course.

About the Instructor:
Craig Steinley is a SD Certified General Appraiser and holds the MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and AI-RRS designations with the Appraisal Institute. He is a contracted USPAP compliance examiner with the SD Department of Labor and Regulation, and an AQB-Certified USPAP instructor.
