This course satisfies the requirement for appraiser training to receive a Supervisory Appraiser endorsement in the State of South Dakota. The completion of the course and passing the course examination satisfies the requirements for a five-hour training course for Supervisory Appraisers, as specified in ARSD 20:14:04:14(4), and for Registered Trainee Appraisers as specified in ARSD 20:14:04:12:02(2)
5 Hours of CE for credentialed appraisers.

There will be an exam after the class presentation. Exam will be from 2:00-2:30pm-CT
Class materials will be sent electronically – you can print it to follow along and make notes or view it digitally (bring paper and a pencil to take notes during class).

David Lawrence is a SD Certified General Appraiser and holds the MAI, SRA, AI-GRS, and AI-RRS designations with the Appraisal Institute and the SR/WA designation with the International Right of Way Association. He is a contracted USPAP compliance examiner with the SD Department of Labor and Regulation, and an AQB-Certified USPAP instructor.
