All South Dakota Credentialed Appraisers must take the new 7-Hour National USPAP Update Course before June 30, 2020, to avoid an administrative fine.

About the Instructor:

Craig Steinley, SRA, AI-RRS, is a South Dakota Certified General Appraiser, a contracted USPAP compliance examiner with the South Dakota Department of Revenue and Regulation, and an AQB Certified USPAP instructor.

Approved for 7 required hours of CE through the SD Real Estate Commission

Register by January 6, 2020:
Members of PAASD and ASFMRA:   $195 and INCLUDES all Materials - Pick up on site
Non-Members: $320 and INCLUDES all Materials - Pick up on site
                                                                 Fee of $320 includes one year membership for 2020 to PAASD - $125 value
