Objectives
• Basic review of USPAP requirements for appraisals, reporting
• Changes to SR 2 effective 01/01/2020
• Basic review of the Form 1004 including UAD
• Discuss how the sample report could be improved
• Review guidance from Fannie Mae, FHA, VA and assignment conditions
Materials
• PowerPoint, including notes for instructor and student handouts
• Sample URAR appraisal report
• Current (2020-2021) edition of USPAP (reference)
• Relevant materials from Fannie Mae Selling Guide, VA
