Testing Member Registration
If you would like to join PAASD you may do so here. As a professional appraiser connected to PAASD, you will enjoy educational opportunities at a reduced cost, be listed on the PAASD website, and be able to build a profile for the website that will describe your special areas of practice. Members of PAASD must have a State-Registered, State-Licensed, State Certified Residential, or State Certified General credential issued by the Appraisal Certification Program under the authority of the South Dakota Department of Labor and Regulation, but need not be a resident of South Dakota. Membership is on an annual basis, January through December. Annual dues are $175.
